When I first found out I had Celiac disease, my mom bought me this cookbook as a gift. Well, it's been a while now and I think I've pretty much tried everything in the book. I like that these recipes are easy to follow and take only 30 - 40 minutes to prepare most things, with the exception of breads, since they take longer. I still haven't perfected my breads yet as they still get as hard as a rock after two days no matter if I freeze or not and I do not want to eat bread that can be considered When I first found out I had Celiac disease, my mom bought me this cookbook as a gift.

And since most of the recipes avoided processed food altogether, I think dairy-free was not much of a stretch.

It also is quite geared to a US audience so some of the suggested supplies are quite difficult to obtain in Ireland. Not my favorite GF book, done of the recipes are too complex. Not bad to have choice. I think I just want to adapt my own recipes rather than make weird specialty recipes.

Or maybe I'm still too new to this. View 1 comment.
